Thank you for shopping with Shadesprout! We want you to love your outdoor camping gear. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your camping chairs, tables, or gear must be:

  • Unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging (including all carry bags, straps, and tags).

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at buddyharrington870@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damages and Issues (Defective or Wrong Items)

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at buddyharrington870@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the damage or issue in your email for faster processing.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company).

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
