Thank you for visiting and shopping at Shadesprout! We are committed to delivering your outdoor camping gear to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Free Shipping

We are proud to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the United States. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

2. Shipment Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

  • Please note: During peak camping seasons or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Method: Standard Ground Shipping (via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Amazon Logistics, depending on product dimensions).

  • Shipping Cost: FREE

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days after processing.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier delays, or remote delivery locations.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Because our camping tables and chairs can be large and heavy, some oversized items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If your shipping address is a P.O. Box, we may reach out to you via email to request a physical address to ensure successful delivery.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders within the United States, Shadesprout is not responsible for any local state taxes or customs applied to your order (if applicable). All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Damages

Shadesprout is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our support team at buddyharrington870@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and take clear photos so we can file a claim and send you a replacement promptly.

8. Missing or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, building management, or around your property first. If the package is still missing, please contact us at buddyharrington870@gmail.com so we can assist you in locating it with the carrier.
